FAQ

Focusly Asked Questions

What version of macOS does Blurilliant require?

Blurilliant requires macOS 26.0 Tahoe or later. To check your version, open the Apple menu  in the top-left corner of your screen and choose About This Mac. Your macOS name and version number will appear in the window.

Why does Blurilliant need Accessibility access?

Accessibility access lets Blurilliant identify, move, resize, focus, hide, and restore windows on your Mac. Blurilliant continues safely if you choose not to enable it, but many of its core window-management features will not work correctly without this permission.

Does Blurilliant record my screen?

No. Blurilliant does not record your screen. It controls window visibility and placement locally on your Mac.

Does it work with more than one display?

Yes. Focus can cover multiple connected displays, and Workspace placement can target the display where the session begins.

Can I use keyboard shortcuts instead?

Yes! There’s a shortcut for every action, and you can create custom shortcuts for any Workspaces you build.

Can I customize or hide Quick Control?

Yes! Remove any buttons you don’t need, or hide Quick Control at the edge of your screen. Move your pointer to the edge to reveal it (similar to the Mac Dock).

How do I contact support?

You can reach Blurilliant support by emailing the support address included in your purchase receipt or by opening Blurilliant and clicking Support in the app menu.

Is this a subscription?

No. Blurilliant is a one-time, pay-what-you-want purchase with an $11 minimum. Paying more is optional and supports continued indie development.
